NUvault terms of use

The rules for using NUvault’s website, account and connected services.

Updated November 4, 2026

1. About NUvault

NUvault operates in Nevada, United States. These terms concern the NUvault interface and account services. NUvault is an independent product; using technology from NEAR Intents, 1Click or a wallet provider does not make NUvault their website or imply their endorsement.

Read these terms together with our Privacy notice and Risks & disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Separate provider terms may also apply when you choose an enabled third-party service.

2. What is available

This release is a preview. Account sign-in and .nu name services may be available, while payments, receiving addresses, swaps, passkey creation and messaging may be disabled. Check the app’s current availability messages. Screenshots and examples are not deposit instructions or promises that a service is active.

Features, supported assets and routes can change or be interrupted. Do not send funds unless the service is enabled and you have a current, valid request with clear instructions.

3. Your use of the service

Use NUvault only if you can legally enter into and perform this agreement, and your use is permitted where you are located. You are responsible for checking restrictions that apply to you and the services you choose. A service appearing in the interface does not establish that you are eligible to use it.

Do not use NUvault for fraud, theft, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity or attempts to bypass access restrictions. Do not attack the service, access another person’s account, misuse private data or interfere with other users.

4. Your account and wallet

Your sign-in wallet identifies your NUvault account. You are responsible for choosing the correct wallet, protecting access to it, keeping appropriate backups and reviewing requests before approving them. Signing in is separate from authorizing a payment.

A new wallet address does not recover an old account. NUvault cannot recreate a lost private key, bypass your wallet’s authentication or guarantee recovery. Sign out when you finish on a shared device, and separately manage permissions in your wallet.

5. Payments and instructions

When financial services are enabled, review the asset, network, amount, destination, memo, quoted fees, minimum output and expiry before approving an operation. You are responsible for the instructions you authorize. Confirm a .nu recipient through a trusted channel; names are not identity verification.

Submission, network confirmation and final credit are different stages. A pending or unknown result must be investigated before you create a replacement payment. Completed transfers may be irreversible, and NUvault does not promise cancellation, refunds or recovery of incorrectly sent assets.

6. Connected technology and providers

The planned financial integration uses NEAR Intents and the 1Click API, including Confidential Intents for supported private-balance operations. Execution also depends on the networks, bridges and other infrastructure used by a route. NUvault does not operate or control all of those systems.

Wallet, payment and messaging services can have separate conditions, restrictions and outages. An integration being present in the software is not a promise of access. Check our disclosures for the current limits and technology information.

7. Fees and asset values

Review the costs and minimum received shown for the particular operation. Provider and network fees may vary. Your sending wallet or exchange may apply additional costs. A prior quote or example is not a standing price or fee guarantee.

Digital assets can lose value, and displayed valuations may be estimates. NUvault does not provide individualized investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, records and any reporting obligations that apply to you.

8. Names and other users

A .nu name is an identifier within NUvault, not a domain registration or ownership right outside the platform. Availability is subject to existing ownership and reserved names. Initial registration allows one lifetime rename; previous names remain reserved. Deactivating your latest name does not reset the allowance.

Do not use names, profiles or messages to impersonate others, mislead recipients or abuse the service. A saved contact, accepted friend request or registered name is not a guarantee that someone is trustworthy. NUvault may restrict abusive accounts or names; no name purchase, resale or transfer service is promised here.

9. Service limits and responsibility

Use of digital assets involves technical, market, privacy and recovery risks. NUvault does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, transaction completion within a fixed time, recovery of lost assets or absolute anonymity. Read the specific risks before using an enabled service.

These terms do not remove rights or limit responsibility where applicable law does not allow that. No statement on this page guarantees an outcome or replaces your assessment of a proposed transaction.

10. Changes, access and contact

NUvault may change or restrict interface access for maintenance, security, misuse or applicable requirements. Losing interface access does not cancel an operation already submitted. Keep your wallet backup and the references needed to track existing operations.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Check the version in effect when you use a service. The Help centre lists the published support contact and what to include in a request. Never send secret wallet or sign-in credentials.
